Essential Elements is a game changer.
If you feel like you’ve lost you spark, or perhaps floundering and lost your direction with your FDC service, this is where you need to be! It is a year long self-paced program and you can do the modules in any order, so if you feel you need help with marketing and filling sessions or overwhelmed and behind with programming, or flustered and not confident with family communication, you just go to the relevant module and mine the gold!
There are monthly zoom Q&A sessions and a monthly Masterclass. These are separate sessions, which means you are touching base with your support crew every fortnight, keeping accountable, up to date and staying in the loop.
For me, these zoom sessions are magic! Victoria and the other Educators are so supportive, full of great tips, tricks and ideas, but it also really keeps me motivated to be and bring my best for the children each day.
