It’s time to Swing the Pendulum back. Back to a time when less was more. When connection and observation meant more than documentation and endless digital demands. When you trusted your intuition and found fulfilment in simplicity.
Let’s return to that place where you can feel calm, confident, and purposeful — where children can thrive in rich, unhurried play, and you can nurture their growth with intention and ease.
What You’ll Gain From Attending:
Â
By attending the Swing the Pendulum Summit, you’ll rediscover the joy and simplicity of providing meaningful, child-centred care. You’ll be guided back to a time when:

Children played deeply and freely — exploring, imagining, and creating with genuine curiosity.

You felt confident in your own intuition, able to observe and respond without the pressure of constant documentation or justification.

Your days weren’t dominated by devices or apps, but instead shaped by genuine connection, creativity, and intention.
This summit will give you the tools, insights, and inspiration to reclaim that simplicity — to swing the pendulum back to a more intentional, fulfilling way of educating.
AND… you get to attend for FREE! Or upgrade to 12 months Access WITH bonuses!
Raise your hand if you feel:
-
Underappreciated and unsupported as a Family Day Care educator? Your role is vital, yet so often overlooked and misunderstood.
-
Burnt out from trying to balance everything — nurturing children, managing planning, and attending to your own personal and professional needs?
-
Weighed down by judgement, treated as a lesser option within the early education space, even though your work is profoundly valuable?
And, on top of all this, you find yourself:
-
Constantly battling to maintain a positive mindset, feeling like no matter how much you give, it’s never enough.
-
Experiencing isolation and loneliness, spending all day devoted to the children in your care, only to be thrown straight into the demands of your own family before you’ve even had a moment to breathe.
If you can relate to any or all of these feelings, please know that you are not alone.
I understand the challenges you face as a Family Day Care Educator — the demands, the isolation, and the constant pressure to prove your worth in a system that often overlooks your unique contribution.
It's time to swing the pendulum back and reclaim what truly matters. To feel seen, valued, and celebrated for the incredible work you do. Because it takes a special person to do Family Day Care — someone dedicated, nurturing, and deeply committed to the children in their care.
The Swing the Pendulum Summit is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what makes your work so powerful. It’s a space where you’ll be recognised, supported, and inspired to embrace a simpler, more intentional approach to Family Day Care.
Join a community of like-minded educators who share your passion and commitment. Take this time for your own growth and well-being. Rediscover your confidence, your joy, and your sense of self-worth.
The thing is, if you’re feeling overwhelmed, undervalued, and overlooked, the problem isn’t your abilities or dedication as a Family Day Care Educator.
It’s that the system has failed to recognise and support the incredible work you do day in and day out.
The real problem lies in the lack of resources, recognition, and community that truly understands the unique challenges of Family Day Care. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Â
It’s time to swing the pendulum back
— to reclaim a simpler, more fulfilling approach where your work is valued and supported. Where you’re free to focus on what truly matters: deep, meaningful connections with the children in your care.
The Swing the Pendulum Summit is here to provide the support, recognition, and practical tools you deserve.
Imagine if you could:
